Stunning Schuller Open Plan Family Kitchen, Wargrave

We hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected in these tricky times. We’re trying to focus on the positives; the reduced hours the team are working allows us plenty of time to keep up-to-date with the latest German kitchen and British kitchen trends, as well as the wider interior design industry.

We’ve also loved taking the time to look through our portfolio – the past year or so we’ve designed and installed such an exciting array of German and British Kitchens – each client has there own unique needs and we just love being able to create their dream space. Thanks to Schuller (and their premium range, Next125) we’ve been able to create some truly show stopping kitchens.

The kitchen of the month for May is this simply stunning Schuller/Next125 German kitchen. One of my favourite aspects of this is how well the space is used; the team worked with our client to really understand what is important to them and, ultimately, design, supply and install their dream kitchen.

The recessed larders helped ensure there was a single clean run of cabinetry, which really adds to the sleek feel of not just the kitchen, but the room as a whole. The lovely velvety cabinetry is framed with wood-effect panels which certainly add a touch of warmth to this large space.

Another aspect which I love about this kitchen is the seamless flow between the cooking, entertaining and dining space. The island is simply gorgeous, thanks to the clever use of wood-effect niches and lovely Dekton worktop. There are various colours and finishes here, but they blend together so wonderfully well.

This Schuller kitchen is what a German kitchen is all about; it exudes coolness and personality, while being a highly practical space.

Of course, we don’t just do German kitchens here at Design A Space. We love supporting British manufacturing, and are very proud to work with Kesseler, who produce both contemporary and traditional shaker and in-frame kitchens.

Our client is thrilled with their kitchen (which isn’t a suprise – it’s swoon worthy!)

Please do feel free to get in touch to discuss your kitchen project – the Design A Space team would love to create a space perfectly suited to you and your family.
